Kibble–Slepian formula and generating functions for 2D polynomials

We prove a generalization of the Kibble–Slepian formula (for Hermite polynomials) and its unitary analogue involving the 2D Hermite polynomials recently proved in [16]. We derive integral representations for the 2D Hermite polynomials which are of independent interest. Several new generating functions for 2D q-Hermite polynomials will also be given.     

Cohen and multiple Cohen strongly summing multilinear operators

Considering the successful theory of multiple summing multilinear operators as a prototype, we introduce the classes of multiple Cohen strongly p-summing multilinear operators and polynomials. The adequacy of these classes under the viewpoint of the theory of multilinear and polynomial ideals and holomorphy types is discussed in detail.     

A Mixed Mann Iteration Process for Fixed Points of Mixed Increasing Operators in Ordered Banach Spaces

In this paper, we develop a new mixed Mann iteration process to approximate the fixed points of mixed increasing operators in ordered Banach spaces and discuss the convergence analysis of the iterative sequences generated by the iteration process. As an application, we develop a new iterative method for solving a class of nonlinear integral equations.     

Ratio-conjugation tool and its application in linear optimization models†

The ratio-conjugation-tool (RC) is constructed systematically, and its applicability for analysis of economic models is demonstrated. One of the main results establishes a general formula for RC of aggregative function. This tool is applied to the analysis of linear economic dynamics models of Neumann–Gale type which can be solved by a dynamic programming method: for each direct problem we construct the corresponding dual RC-problem. Moreover, we consider three examples of the most important economic dynamics models and look at these now from a unified general position.     

A numerical analysis of a class of generalized Boussinesq‐type equations using continuous/discontinuous FEM

An improved class of Boussinesq systems of an arbitrary order using a wave surface elevation and velocity potential formulation is derived. Dissipative effects and wave generation due to a time‐dependent varying seabed are included. Thus, high‐order source functions are considered. For the reduction of the system order and maintenance of some dispersive characteristics of the higher‐order models, an extra O(μ²ⁿ⁺²) term (n ∈ ?) is included in the velocity potential expansion. We introduce a nonlocal continuous/discontinuous Galerkin FEM with inner penalty terms to calculate the numerical solutions of the improved fourth‐order models. The discretization of the spatial variables is made using continuous P₂ Lagrange elements. A predictor‐corrector scheme with an initialization given by an explicit Runge–Kutta method is also used for the time‐variable integration. Moreover, a CFL‐type condition is deduced for the linear problem with a constant bathymetry. To demonstrate the applicability of the model, we considered several test cases. Approximation by complex szász-durrmeyer operators in compact disks

In the present paper, we deal with the complex Szász-Durrmeyer operators and study Voronovskaja type results with quantitative estimates for these operators attached to analytic functions of exponential growth on compact disks. Also, the exact order of approximation is found.

A note on commutators of Hardy operators

Fu and Lu et al. 7 showed that the commutator $\mathcal {H}_{\beta ,b}$ generated by the fractional Hardy operator and a locally integrable function b is bounded on the homogenous Herz spaces if and only if b is a central bounded mean oscillation function. We show that their result is optimal by giving a counterexample.
